International Voice Competition of Bilbao

The International Voice Competition of Bilbao, due to the economical world situation, has decided to change the celebration-system during this edition, in order to continue discovering new lyric talents and they not to expend so much money.

The preliminary rounds will be replaced by a received DVD selection and only those competitors who are selected, will come to Bilbao to take part directly in the Semi-final and those who pass the round, in the Final, with lodge expenses (hotel+breakfast) paid by the Organization.
