Each contestant is required to present 6 arias. 2 of those arias must be included in the DVD you send with the other documents. Among all arias, there must be works, in at least, two modern languages.
Preliminary:
The contestant will sing two operatic arias of his own choice, of his program, recorded in a DVD. These arias recorded in a DVD will be the Preliminary. This DVD must be send with all the required documents.
Semi-final:
The contestant will sing 2 operatic arias chosen by the Jury.
Final:
The contestant will sing an operatic aria chosen by the Jury and will be accompanied by the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra.
Contestants should be able to provide both the piano and voice scores for his program.
The International Voice Competition of Bilbao will provide orchestra scores of the operatic arias the finalists will perform.
Modifications to the programme sent will not be admitted.
